| 内容記述 | 本研究は前向きコホート研究により、褥瘡発生と寝床内環境との関係を明らかにした。その結果、皮膚温度の差が褥瘡を含めた浅い皮膚障害の発生に関与していた。また、ファイバーシーツが褥瘡を含めた浅い皮膚障害発生のリスクを低減させることが示唆された。体圧分散寝具の寝床内環境を整える機能を評価する実験については、実験手順の改良が必要であった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this prospective cohort study was to describe the relationship between the pressure ulcer development and the microclimate of the support surfaces. Total mean difference in skin temperature can be used as predictor for pressure ulcer for development and superficial skin changes, while synthetic fiber sheets has the potential effect to maintain favorable microclimate which can prevent pressure ulcers development and superficial skin changes. We must need to revise our basic experimental protocol for the testing the microclimate condition of the support surfaces. | |||||
