| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、要介護高齢者の排便ケアの質の向上を目指し地域の包括的排便ケア支援システムを構築することである。A県内３地域にモデル地域を設置し、急性期病院、介護老人保健施設、老人福祉施設、訪問看護ステーション等の各施設の課題を分析し、施設を超えてディスカッションできる場づくりと、排便ケアのスペシャリストからなる「排便ケア支援専門職チーム」の指導を受けながら各施設別に排便ケアの実態と課題を分析し、地域の排便ケア支援システムのモデル案を作成した。継続的に排便ケアが行われるためのサポート体制の確立や施設の枠を超えた情報交換の場が生まれた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study is to build a comprehensive defecation care support system in a region aimed at improving quality of defecation care for the elderly in need of care. A model region was established in 3 regions in A prefecture and in each facility such as acute stage hospitals, nursing healthcare facilities for the elderly, welfare facilities for the elderly and home-visit nursing stations issues were analyzed. Conditions and issues of defecation care at each facility were analyzed while creating opportunity for discussion outside that of the facility and receiving guidance from “defecation care support specialist team” made up of defecation care specialists and a model plan of defecation care support system for a region was created. A support system for continuous care of defecation was established and a place for information exchange outside that of the facility framework was born. | |||||
