| 内容記述 | 金沢大学附属病院での麻酔科医の緩和ケアチームへの関わりを述べた．がんに伴う全人的苦痛（トータルペイン）に対しては，多職種の連携が必要である．麻酔科医は専門的な痛み治療（静脈内PCA，くも膜下鎮痛法，超音波ガイド下末梢神経ブロックなど）を行いながら，他診療科医師あるいは精神科医と協力し，骨転移痛やその他の身体症状および精神症状の軽減を行っている．スピリチュアルペインに対しては，援助的コミュニケーションによる対応が必要である．援助的コミュニケーションの態度と技術を身につけることで，医師以外の他職種とのより強い連携が可能になる．また，医学生に対して緩和医療の重要性を理解させるケアマインド教育も重要な役割である． The involvement of anesthesiologists with the palliative care team of Kanazawa University Hospital is discussed. Cooperation between professionals from many disciplines is indispensable for treatment of total pain in cancer patients. In conducting specialist pain treatment, such as intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (PCA), intrathecal analgesia, and ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block, anesthesiologists cooperate with other doctors, including psychiatrists, to ease bone tumor pain, as well as the other physical and psychiatric symptoms of cancer patients. Supportive communication is important to treat spiritual pain. Anesthesiologists can strengthen mutual communication with other healthcare professionals by having the right attitude and obtaining the skills related to supportive communication. Education for medical students to help them understand the significance of palliative medicine is also important. | |||||
