| 内容記述 | 重油汚染による魚の奇形発生の機構を調べるために、様々なバイオアッセイ系を用いて解析した。その結果、毒物の本体は、水酸化した多環芳香族炭化水素類であり、メダカの胚発生において致死作用があり、ウロコの骨芽細胞及び破骨細胞の活性に影響を与えた。さらに解毒タンパク質の候補になり得る物質を見出すことができた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Using bioassay systems with fishes, we examined the mechanism of spinal deformity of fish by the heavy oil pollution. As a result, hydroxylated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (OHPAH) provided causing death in early embryogenesis of the medaka, and OHPAH influenced the cell activities in fish scales. We suggested that the main substances of poison causing deformity of the fish are OHPAHs. Furthermore, we found the material which could become a candidate of the detoxification protein. | |||||
