| 内容記述 | 膵癌のダイナミックCTの濃染パターンと血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)および微少血管量(MVD)との相関について検討した。動脈優位相での濃染が強いと、VEGFの発現が強くMVDが高い傾向にあった。VEGFの発現が強いとMVDは有意に高かった。間質線維の量が多いと、後期相に対する動脈優位相や膵実質相の比率が有意に低かった。今後VEGFをターゲットとした治療が確立されれば、経静注ダイナミックCTは治療適応の決定や効果判定の一助となりうる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | To evaluate retrospectively the correlation between enhancement patterns on dynamic computed tomography (CT) and angiogenesis and fibrosis in pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The tumors with greater MVD and higher expression of VEGF tended to show high enhancement in the arterial dominant phase. On the other hand, the tumors with a larger amount of fibrosis showed a negative correlation with the grade of enhancement during the arterial phase. In conclusion, enhancement patterns on dynamic CT correlated with angiogenesis and may be modified by the extent of fibrosis. | |||||
