| 内容記述 | 高齢化が進むにつれて医療・介護の需要と費用が増加することで，地域社会へ与える影響を経 済的観点から分析を試みる。具体的には，石川県K市の家族介設者全貝を対象としたアンケート 調査を行い．その結果に基づいて，家族介護者の介護離職・転職等の経済損失と貨金換算の推計を行う。また、K市産業連関表を用いた経済波及効果の推計を行う。なお、両推計ではモンテカルロ・シミュレーション分析を用いる。アンケート調査から，要介護・要支援者の平均年齢は83.5歳，家族介護者の平均年齢は64.9歳である。家族介護者の就労状況については，家族介護者の30.8%が介護離職・転職等しており、そのうち介護離職の割合は29.3%で．家族介護者全体の9.0%が介護離職していることが明らかに な った。推計の結果．有業者に対する介護離職・転職等の経済損失額は16.6億円で．介護離職のみでの 経済損失額は4.9低円であった。他方．無業者の介護労働の経済損失は．介護離職・転職等の対 象外となるため．介護労働時間を賃金換算することで推計を行った。無職・専業主婦の介護労働 時間の石川県最低賃金換算額は16.3億円で．石川県介護福祉士平均時給換算額は24.8億円であっ た。また，医療費と介護費の経済波及効果は2014年の433.7億円から2025年の522.5億円に増加する。 それに伴って,K市生産年齢人口における雇用誘発数も2014年の15%から2025年の22%に上昇する。そのため，医療・介護の連携による地域経済波及効果から発生する新たな雇用誘発による約 2,500人の雇用枠を活用し，家族介護者を柔軟に雇用する政策が地域包括ケアの新しい方策案として検討可能である。 |

| 内容記述 | We analyzed the economic effect/loss in a municipality resulting from the increasing demand for and costs of medical and nursing-care services for society's aging population. Concretely, we estimated the economic loss in K City, Ishikawa Prefecture, caused by caregivers'turnover when nursing care for family members became necessary. We also estimated the economic ripple effect including the creation of job opportunities produced by medical and long-term care expenses. We conducted a survey about family caregivers in K City. Using the relevant results, we estimated the economic loss resulting from caregivers'turnover triggered by the need for nursing care. Furthermore, we analyzed the K City input-output table to estimate the economic ripple effect created by medical and longterm care costs. We also performed Monte Carlo simulations for both the economic loss and the economic ripple effect. Results of the estimation revealed that caregivers assisting other family members would suffer serious economic losses. In addition, we estimated the economic ripple effect and employment-induced nwnber produced by medical and long-term care costs for 2025; accordingly, the effect and employment-induced nwnber will be larger than it was in 2014. We concluded that K City would not be able to supply enough employees to meet the need because of the declining working-age population there. |
