| 内容記述 | 複数の生活習慣病を対象とし、地域住民コホート参加者それぞれの各種疾患の発症にかかる遺伝的リスク（ゲノムワイド多遺伝子リスクスコアGPS）を推定し、各種疾患における疾患発症ハイリスク群を特定した。加えて、ベースライン調査結果（生活習慣、既往症等）や診療情報（合併症、投薬履歴等）、遺伝子型情報などに基づく発症-未発症群間の比較解析を行い、疾患発症にかかる統計学的に有意な因子を見出し、疾患未発症者に共通する発症抑制因子候補（遺伝・環境因子）を特定した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We estimated genome-wide polygenic risk scores (GPSs) for the development of various lifestyle-related diseases in each of the community-based cohort participants, and identified high-risk groups for developing the diseases based on GPSs. Further, we performed population-based case-control studies using baseline data (e.g., blood testing, lifestyle), medical information (e.g., complications, medication history) and genotypes, and found candidate factors (genetic and environmental factors) that could inhibit the development of lifestyle-related diseases. | |||||
