| 内容記述 | 自閉スペクトラム症（以下ASD）の症状の多様性に着目し、幼児期の脳活動の特徴と、特定の遺伝子多型を考慮しながら、多様性が生じるメカニズムの解明を目指した。本研究では、社会性のみならず、注意欠陥多動傾向や言語発達、実行機能等の行動評価を行い、同時に幼児用脳磁図計をもちいて、様々な脳領域における脳活動の特徴を数値化し多様性の生理学的指標を得た。その上で、ASDや言語発達との関連が報告されている遺伝子多型との関連を検証するため、生理学的指標を得たサンプルから頬粘膜の採取を進め、遺伝子多型との関連解析の準備も整えた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this project is to elucidate the mechanisms that lead to the diversity of symptoms of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), taking into account the characteristics of brain activity and specific genetic polymorphisms in early childhood ASD. In this study, we evaluated not only social skills but also behavioral characteristics such as attention deficit hyperactivity, language development, and executive function, while at the same time, using a magnetoencephalography for young children, we quantified the characteristics of brain activity in various brain regions and obtained physiological indicators of diversity. We also collected buccal mucous membranes from same subjects, and prepared for analysis of the association with genetic polymorphisms which have been reported to be associated with ASD and language. | |||||
