| 内容記述 | 本研究は，2000年代における水産物購入における「平均化」の進展状況と都市間での購入構成のばらつきを考察することを目的とする．考察の結果，水産物の購入構成に関しては，特にサケなど主要な生鮮魚介については，2000年代においても都市間の差異がより大きい過去の傾向に戻らなかった．購入構成が類似する都市は，三つの類型，六つの下位区分に整理された．このグループは過去の傾向を踏襲しており，水産物の購入構成の観点からみた「地域差」と分布傾向は2000年代においても継承されていた．The purpose of this study is to investigate the progress of making balance on fisheries commodities purchase and to examine the difference of purchase constitution between cities in the 2000s. As a result, considering the difference for purchase constitution, the tendency did not return to condition as the past which have had bigger gap between cities for purchase constitution, especially regarding principal fresh seafood, for instance, salmon. Cities which have resemblance for purchase constitution were classified into 3 groups and 6 subdivisions. The difference between regions and the distribution tendency from the viewpoint of purchase constitution have been inherited even in the 2000s, considering that these groups follow the tendency in the past. | |||||||
