| 内容記述 | Both an evaluating function d to present the overall severity of superfinishing conditions and an equation ks to calculate the specific finishing energy are derived theoretically, assuming that one stick corresponds to a single point tool with a long cutting edge. Some experiments are carried out to confirm the propriety of these results. The ks-d relation calculated from the experimental results is useful in the evaluation of the machinability of work materials and the cutting ability of the stick. Moreover, this relation makes it possible to compare the superfinishing in the production rate and the surface refinement with the honing. | |||||
