| 内容記述 | EBV-LPD(EB virus-associated lymphoproliferative disorder)を発症した患者の全血におけるEBV-DNA copy数を定量的PCRで評価すると共にEBV-LPDを発症した患者と、EBVに関連しない悪性リンパ腫患者、健常人の3群間でKIR 遺伝子プロフィルを比較し、EBV-LPDとKIR遺伝子プロフィルの関係を検討した。結果EBV-LPDを発症した患者では、活性型KIRであるKIR2DS1、KIR2DS5、抑制型KIRである2DL5の保有率が有意に低値であった。患者のKIR 遺伝子プロフィルがEBV-LPDの発症に影響する可能性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | To identify the association between KIR gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to EBV-LPD (EB virus-associated lymphoproliferative disorder), we determined EBV copy numbers in the whole blood of patients suspected of having EBV-LPD using quantitative real-time PCR, and determined the KIR gene profile of these patients as well as those who develop non-EBV associated lymphoma and healthy individuals using PCR with specific primers. In patients with EBV-LPD, the frequencies of KIR2DS1, 2DS5 and 2DL5 were significantly lower than those in healthy individuals and non-EBV associated lymphoma. The result suggests that the KIR gene repertoire may be associated with susceptibility to EBV-LPD. | |||||
