| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，経済活動の時空間集積現象を説明可能な交通・立地統合モデルを構築することである．そのために，本研究では，時間・空間的な集積の経済・不経済を考慮した交通・立地統合モデルを構築した．そして，ポテンシャルゲームの性質を利用した解析により，均衡状態の特性を明らかにした．さらに，構築したモデルを現実的な政策評価に応用するために必要となる，パラメータ設定方法や大規模モデルの効率的解析手法を開発し，幾つかの仮想政策の効果分析を実施した． | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study aims to develop urban economic models that can describe the spatial and temporal distribution of economic activities. To this end, I extended the traditional residential location models to introduce spatial/temporal agglomeration economies and characterized their equilibria by invoking the properties of a potential game. This study also presented an efficient approach for obtaining the stable equilibrium and parameter estimation and calibration procedures, which are necessary to apply these models to a wide variety of policy evaluations. By using them, I evaluated the effects of several urban policies. | |||||
